Thickener in minutes
We use various types of thickener that gives viscosity or stability to our pharmaceutical products. The THINKY ARE-250 is ideal to mix a small quantity of sample in research. It mixes and degases the viscous materials at once in 3 minutes without vacuum without any change of material property. Very handy.
Battery research
We have researched lithium batteries. We use ARE-250 to mix lithium occluded alloy from carbon and oxide. It disperses carbon nano particles into oxide very well. THINKY mixer performed the best out of existing other mixing method.
Highly viscous varnish mixing from 6 hours to 5 minutes We use THINKY ARE-250 to degas 500gm of highly viscous varnish. It reduced the processing cycle from 6 hours to 5 minutes. It affects out business in great way that the product lead time reduced from 3 days to 1 day, and product quality are now very consistent.

We need to deaerate mixture of epoxy resin and silica powder completely. With the use of ARV-310 mixer, the mixing and completion of deaeration are done at the same time in a very short time.

It requires to degas dispersing grass powder and grass fiber into sealing material in the production of TFT. Improvement of dispersion of those gap spacers and deaeration of the base material are the key factor to improve yield rate dramatically.
