THINKY mixer is with a several button for operation, only. The operation itself is very easy that can be handled by anytone.
(1) Load your mateiral container into the mixer
(2) Adjust the counter balancer to the measured gross weight of the container
(3) Set timer, mode and speed.
(4) Press start button.
Once the mixing recipe is registered to Memory, the operation will be as easy as (1) recall memory and (2) press start button. You can walk away while the mixer process your mateirals. No monitor on the mixer is reuqired.
Counter Balancer
Have you ever seen a washing machine which is heavily vibrating when clothes stay in the one side of drum? It will be happened to the mixer if one container loaded into the mixer. The container need to be well-balanced at high speed spin.
All THINKY mixers are with Counter Balancer, which allows you to dial the balancer to measured gross weight of material container. Not only it stop vibration of the mixer which shorten the product life, but also, it allows you to process very small amount to larger sample in the same unit. Without Counter Balancer, the mixer ask you to balance the material container yourself adjusting the weight of container, adapter or samples, or need to define preferable sample weight to be processed.
Counter balance adjustment. Small idea, however, it certainly improves your mixing productivity and product life.
