| August, 1971 | THINKY CORPORATION was established in Yushima, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo. |

| March, 1995 | Released the general purpose planetary centrifugal mixer "MX-201(150ml)". |
| August, 1996 | Moved the head office to the current address, Iwamoto-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. |
| July, 1997 | Released the planetary centrifugal mixers "AR-350(350 ml)" and "AR-550(550ml)". |
