THINKY Technology

 

Mixing and degassing have been considered as the completely different problems and have applied different technologies to solve each of problem, although, many researchers and engineers have always looked for  "air-less homogeneous mixture" for their viscous engineered compounds.

 

THINKY mixer degas and mixes at the same time. Why it does?

 

The mateiral container rotates and revolves at the same time. When difference of vector of two high speed centrifugal foces applied on mateirals, materials start circulatation in the container from top to the bottom that results in a quick mixing. As mixing is done in high pressure more than 400G force, air bubbles in the material are pusued out at the same time. 

 

To improve degassing quality and accelerate dispersion of powder, THINKY apply vacuum pressure on the mateiral addtionally. The most of applications can satisfy with non-vacuum mixer, however, we offer vacuum mixer for extream degassing or for some mateirals that requires vacuum to degas.
