On the re-reducibility of the product quality, the termination of the manual operation in the process cycle and the exact repeatable mechanical motion can be measured are most important factors to consider.
THINKY all mixers are fully programmable on process repeat and automatic status change, and monitor error and alarm with notice by sound and/or light.
(1) Multi-Step mixing feature
Program up to 5 mixing steps into each batch cycle memory slot and there are multiple memory slots. Each step takes an automatic transit from mixing mode to de-foaming mode or air to vacuum state per mixer type. With the multi-step mixing feature, your mixing recipe can be fully programmed and terminates human errors or product varieties per batch.
(2) Container Lock-in system
Container spins in two ways at the same time. If the container slips in a high spins, the quality will be different per each batch cycle. Container must to be hold tightly without single slip in spins.
All THINKY standard containers and optional adapters are with keyways of the adapter that will be alligned with projections of the cup holder. Adapters are with rubber parts that hold the container tightly not to spin the container in the adapter.
(3) Container Engineering
All THINKY standard containers are with rounded corner, and there is no sharp corner, gap nor dents on the inner wall surface. No material can be trapped in the container and guarantee the smooth material circulation that affect the mix re-reducibility.
